Tandoori masala 100gr. It also comes from India like Garam Masala but is also used in Pakistan. In its traditional use it is intended for cooking in a tandoor oven.

DOSAGE / INSTRUCTIONS:
Tandoori masala is widely used in dishes such as tandoori chicken. In this dish, the chicken is covered with a mixture of yogurt and tandoori masala. The chicken is then baked in the tandoor oven at a very high temperature. The chicken prepared in this way has a pink colour on the outside and a salty taste.
